Crescent Dark

Her eyes seem darker than night,
Yet it was the night.
Midnight blue hovering at jet black.
Her fluidity was that of water,
Feelings were to drown,
As were her enemies.
She steps into the water,
Naked as the day one is born.
One because she was as such,
Someone never born,
Motherless and guided by a soul
Of one who used to protect long ago.

Her limbs, her body gleams
Like an ethereal white,
Her mind had succumbed
To its guardian voice.
Water was her element
But now it seeked to kill.
The voice, twisted by unfortunate fate,
Lead her further and further in.
The cold of the lake embraces her.
The shiver runs up her spine.
She was being watched, she knew.
By her lover, forbidden by time.

His amber gold eyes shone,
Her foolishness astounds him.
Mistress of water she may be,
But there is no revival from drowning.
He leaps from his shadows
And wades out to her.
Embraces the bare body,
Tries to guide it back to shore.
The cold of the water freezes him,
Yet he ignores its wrath.
He could hear her guardian screaming,
But it was for her his heart was beating.

Come back, come back to me,
His voice provocative, the water
Rising up around his waist and tearing
The clothes on him ripping, falling.
They stand face to back embracing.
Slowly, she turns, her body glowing white,
Like the crescent moon in the starless night sky.
The beauty astounds now,
Her name escapes his lips.
Crescent Dark, he murmurs,
Our love has just
Begun.

And if I wait...?

And if I wait for you, will you come back? The star asked the moon. It's just for one night, she replied. But what will you do? He asked. Somethings are better left unsaid, she smiled and disappeared from his life.

Lonely

How can you be lonely, he asked. You have your friends with you.
I'm surrounded that's true, she answered. But if the relations are not real then?
He had no answer for that.

The Last Word

If this was my last word,
I wouldn't know what to say.
In front of you,
In front of anyone,
I'd be lost in thoughts
And pray :
For just a few more words
So I could say
What I feel inside.
But they told me
It's my last word,
And I wanted to feel
Your name on my lips -
So no more thoughts,
I whispered your name,
My last word,
That hope you'd come again.

He is love.

Because he is
And always will be,
For me - the best.
No one else can begin
To even understand -
The love that shines
From his brilliant eyes,
The gentleness with which
His hand caresses mine,
Against his roughened cheek,
To turn it over and kiss,
Saying nothing and everything
To me, for me, in a few signs.
I wish soon the day will come
When in front of everyone,
I'll call you "mine".
